Payment and Refund Policy

1. The product is free

The Custom A2DP driver is completely free. There is nothing to pay for the download, the installation or the use of any feature. No account and no payment details are required.

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary and are made as a sign of support of the project. A donation is not payment for goods or services and does not create an obligation on our side to provide any particular result.

3. Refunds of donations

Because a donation is a voluntary, gratuitous transfer of funds and the money is used for project expenses, donations are generally non-refundable. We will refund a donation if:

  • the payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment, wrong amount, accidental transaction);
  • the payment was made without authorisation by the card or wallet holder (fraudulent or unauthorised use);
  • a refund is required by applicable law or by the rules of the payment provider.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support [at] customa2dp [dot] com within 14 calendar days of the payment, stating: the date and amount, the payment method, the transaction hash or receipt, and the reason. We review requests and reply within a reasonable time. If approved, the refund is sent to the same wallet or account the payment came from, in the same cryptocurrency. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are not refunded. We cannot send a refund to a different address or in a different currency.

5. Cryptocurrency specifics

Transactions at the network level are irreversible. A refund can only be sent by us, voluntarily — an incorrect address or an incorrect network chosen by you cannot be recovered by us. AML/KYT checks may apply to incoming and outgoing transfers.

6. Payment processing

Donations in cryptocurrency are processed by a third-party payment service — Trybit. Your use of that service is also governed by its own terms of use and privacy policy. We receive only the fact and the amount of the donation, not your card or private wallet data.
